Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Cancellation

A booking is considered confirmed once the £55 session fee or £55 deposit has been paid. This payment secures your session and is non-refundable.

Cancellations are accepted at the Photographer’s discretion, with the following refund policy:

More than 3 working days’ notice: 50% refund
48 hours’ notice: 25% refund
Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund

If your booking was made using a gift voucher, please note that vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.

2. Session Fee vs Deposit

Depending on the package, Rado Photo Studio may charge either a £55 session fee or a £55 deposit at the time of booking:

The £55 session fee applies to standalone sessions (e.g. mini sessions) and covers the shoot itself.
The £55 deposit applies to full photography packages and will be deducted from the total package price.

Both the session fee and deposit are non-refundable, except in the event that Timea Rado (Photographer) cancels the session.

Rescheduling

If you or your child are unwell, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Failure to provide notice or failure to attend will incur a rebooking fee.

3. Copyright

Copyright is retained by Rado Photo Studio at all times, worldwide. No image may be copied, scanned, edited, or reproduced in any form without prior written permission.

Personal-use rights are granted only when digital files are purchased in full. Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless specifically licensed.

4. Travel & Additional Expenses

Travel within a 10-mile round trip from GL2 2DD is included in your session. Any additional mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile.

If your session takes place at a specific venue or location, any entrance, parking, or permit fees must be paid by the Client.

5. Image Proofs & Delivery

Images are professionally edited before being presented to the Client. Proof galleries will be delivered by email.

Any additional retouching requests are at the discretion of Rado Photo Studio and may incur an extra fee.

6. Use of Images

Rado Photo Studio reserves the right to use images from your session for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, publication, or studio display. Clients may request in writing prior to the session that their images not be shared online (website, social media, or publication). However, the studio reserves the right to display images within the studio premises as part of its professional portfolio.

7. RAW Files Policy

As part of my commitment to delivering a high-quality, polished final product, RAW (unedited) image files are not provided under any circumstances. All delivered images are carefully selected and professionally edited to reflect my artistic style and standards.

The final edited images provided are in high-resolution JPEG format, suitable for both print and digital use. RAW files remain the intellectual property of the photographer and are not considered part of the deliverable package.
