Booking & Cancellation

A booking is considered firm as from the date of payment. Accordingly the Photographer will, at her discretion, accept cancellations and issue a refund depending on the amount of notice received prior to the agreed date: More than 3 working days 50% refund, 48 hours 25% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

Copyright

Copyright is retained by Rado Photography at all times throughout the world. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior consent of Rado Photography. The Client may not alter or add to or manipulate a picture by any means or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another picture without Rado Photography’s written permission. Permission to reproduce a picture for personal use (not commercial) is granted to the Client by Rado Photography only when digital negatives are purchased and paid in full by the Client to Rado Photography.

Additional Expenses

No travel expenses are charged for shoots up to a 15 mile round trip from the Photographer’s location at GL2 2DD. Additional mileage will be charged to the Client at 45p per mile. If the session is taking place on location, any additional entrance fees, parking fees or related expenses will be paid by the Client.

Deposit 

The £30 non-refundable deposit taken for any photography session and is non-refundable except in the event Timea Rado (photographer) cancels the booking. The Client may cancel the session at any time but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. If you or your children are sick, please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your session. If 24 hours’ notice is not given or the client is a no show, there will be a rebooking fee charged.

The £50 deposit is required at the time of booking and to secure your session.

Proofs/view and image delivery 

Images are fully edited before presenting to Client. Additional edits are carried out at the discretion of Rado Photography, and Rado Photography reserves the right to charge the Client for additional editing to cover the time involved. The gallery will be presented via email.

 

Use of pictures

Rado Photography retains the right in all cases to use any pictures for the purposes of displays, advertising, portfolio, publication or promotion, of her work.
